History of Reiki
Description
Tummo (Inner Fire) is one of the most profound meditation practices from the Tibetan tradition. Its ultimate goal is Enlightenment. Tibet’s great Yogi Milarepa is a shining example of the mastery of Tummo (recommended reading: The Life of Milarepa).

Karuna Healing, also known as Karuna Reiki®, comes from the Sanskrit word Karuna, meaning compassion. It is an advanced energy healing modality that works with compassionate action energy, enabling deep transformation at the emotional, karmic, and soul levels.
Prerequisite:
For the Karuna Level 3 Course, students need to have Level 3 training in Usui Reiki or the Reiki of 7 Levels system.
The Karuna Master Level Course is exclusively taught to students who already hold the Master Level in Usui Reiki or the Reiki of 7 Levels system.
