WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a gentle energy-based spiritual wellness practice that focuses on relaxation, mindfulness, intention, and energetic awareness.
This workshop introduces you to the foundational concepts and practices of Reiki and guides you toward developing your own regular practice.

 WORKSHOP TIMINGS
OPTION 1 — WEEKDAY BATCH
Monday to Friday
5:00 AM – 7:00 AM IST

This workshop will be structured across the weekday sessions, with the additional hour scheduled for activation/attunements or dedicated guidance.

OPTION 2 — WEEKEND BATCH
Saturday & Sunday
The workshop will be divided into shorter sessions for comfortable learning, practice, and interaction.
Plus 1 additional hour for activation/atonement or guidance.
The exact session structure and break timings will be shared with registered participants.

LIVE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP

The workshop will be conducted LIVE ONLINE through Zoom.

Zoom link: Will be shared with registered participants before the workshop.
You can join from the comfort of your home with a quiet and comfortable space for practice.

AFTER THE WORKSHOP

A participation note/certificate will be provided after completion of the workshop, subject to the workshop requirements.

You will also receive guidance on continuing your Reiki practice after the workshop.

Charges are applicable.
